 After several failed attempts, Pastor Ntumi finally signed a peace agreement with his former enemy, the Congolese Head of State Denis Sassou Nguesso. Last December, the ex-rebel leader from the Pool region was appointed Delegate General for the promotion of peace and post-war reconstruction. A welcome back to the fold for Pastor Frédéric Binsamu Ntumi, who fought against President Sassou Nguesso, militarily and politically, with his ‘Ninja’ guerrillas for twelve years. Shortly after his nomination, the People TV team met the Pastor in his new Brazzaville head-quarters.
